Our Process & Pricing

Your journey to a custom flashlight begins with our comprehensive Design & Prototype Phase:

For a Design & Sample Fee of $8,000 - $12,000 (based on design complexity), you receive:

Complete Design & Engineering: Full conceptualization, detailed CAD work, and feature specification.
Iterative Design Process: This includes one full design revision (a complete re-evaluation) and up to three smaller, focused revisions to fine-tune your light.
Functional Prototypes: Management of the production and import of your initial physical prototypes for review and approval.
End-to-End Project Facilitation: All communication with our contract manufacturer, timeline management, and initial quality oversight leading up to mass production.

Upon your approval of the prototype, we move to mass production, with typical Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs) starting from 500 units.

Special Offer: If you proceed with a final order, 50% of your initial Design & Sample Fee will be credited towards your mass production invoice.

Additionally, for orders exceeding our standard MOQs, customized quantity discounts are available. We'll work with you to provide competitive pricing tailored to your larger volume needs.
